Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", the "Customer") and PRIVATE REVOLUTION, a partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, having its registered office at Plot No. 46, S/P, Anand Nagar, Anmagal, Hayath Nagar, Rangareddy, Telangana 501505, India and trading under the brand name PRVRT ("we", "us", "our").

These Terms govern your access to and use of https://prvrt.in (the "Website") and every order you place through it. By browsing the Website, creating an order, or completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

• Order means a request submitted by you through the Website to purchase one or more Products.
• Product means any apparel or other item offered for sale on the Website.
• Variant means a specific size of a Product, which is the unit actually sold, priced and held in stock.
• Drop means a limited release of Products made available in restricted quantities and not ordinarily restocked.
• Business day means any day other than a Sunday or a public holiday notified in the State of Telangana.

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an Order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any Order placed.

We sell only within the territory of India. By placing an Order you confirm that the delivery address you provide is within India and that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and PIN code. We rely on this information to calculate shipping charges, dispatch your Order and contact you about it.

We are not liable for a failed or delayed delivery, or for an incorrectly calculated shipping charge, where the cause is information you supplied incorrectly. Where an Order is returned to us as undeliverable for that reason, clause 12 applies.

We take care to describe and photograph our Products accurately. However, colours displayed depend on your device and its display settings, and minor variation in shade, print placement, finish and measurement is inherent to garment manufacturing. Such variation is not a defect and does not by itself entitle you to an exchange under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All Products are offered subject to availability. Stock is held at the Variant level and is reserved only when your Order is created. Because our releases are limited, a Variant displayed as available when you add it to your cart may sell out before you complete payment.

We reserve the right to add, withdraw or modify any Product, and to limit the quantity of any Product that may be purchased in a single Order or by a single Customer, at any time and without notice.

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax at the applicable rate. The price payable is the price displayed on the Website at the time your Order is submitted, together with any shipping charge calculated under our Shipping Policy.

Prices are computed on our servers at the time of Order creation. Any price, discount or shipping charge shown in your browser is indicative; the amount charged is the amount our servers calculate from the Variants in your Order and the delivery address you supply.

We are registered under GST bearing GSTIN 36ABHFP2281L1ZV. A GST tax invoice is issued for every Order and is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Your submission of an Order is an offer to purchase, not a concluded contract. Our acceptance of that offer, and the formation of a binding contract of sale, occurs only when we send you an Order confirmation by email following successful receipt of payment.

Until that confirmation is sent, we may decline or cancel your Order, in whole or in part, for reasons including:

• the Product or Variant is no longer in stock;
• an error in the price or description of the Product;
• we are unable to verify the payment, or the payment is declined, reversed or flagged by our payment partner;
• the delivery address is outside our serviceable area or appears invalid;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of a promotional code, or resale in commercial quantities.

Where we cancel an Order for which payment has already been taken, we refund the full amount in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. By paying through the Website, you additionally agree to Razorpay's own terms of service and privacy policy.

We do not collect, process or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or any other payment instrument details. These are handled entirely within Razorpay's environment. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, the status of the transaction and the method used.

Cash on Delivery is not offered. An Order is dispatched only after payment has been received and confirmed. Where a payment is debited from your account but not confirmed to us, the amount is ordinarily reversed by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 business days; if it is not, please contact us with the transaction reference and we will assist in tracing it.

Promotional codes are issued at our discretion and are subject to the conditions attached to each code, including its discount value, maximum discount amount, minimum Order value, total number of permitted uses and expiry date. Those conditions are applied by our servers at checkout.

• Only one promotional code may be applied to an Order.
• Codes hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, and cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed Order.
• A code may be withdrawn, suspended or invalidated at any time, including where it has been published, shared or used in a manner it was not intended for.
• Where a discounted Order is cancelled or an item exchanged, the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid, not the undiscounted price.

We reserve the right to cancel any Order and to withhold or reverse any discount where we reasonably believe a code has been obtained or used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

Shipping charges, dispatch windows and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: delivery is within India only; shipping is free on Orders of ₹2,000 and above; otherwise a charge of ₹100 applies, rising to ₹150 for the remote regions listed in that policy.

Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery to the address you specified. Title passes to you when we have received payment in full.

Delivery timelines are given in good faith and are calculated in business days from dispatch. They are not guaranteed where delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, as described in clause 17.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out your rights in full and forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• You may cancel an Order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund.
• We do not accept returns on grounds of change of mind. Our Products are released in limited quantities and are not restocked.
• You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the condition requirements in that policy and to availability.
• A Product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not the Product you ordered will be exchanged at our cost, or refunded in full if a replacement is not available. Such items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Where an Order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, because delivery could not be completed after reasonable attempts, or because delivery was refused without cause, we will contact you at the email address on the Order.

We may, at your election, redespatch the Order on payment of a further shipping charge, or cancel it and refund the price of the Products. The original shipping charge is not refundable in these circumstances, as the service was performed.

All content on the Website, including the PRVRT name and logo, garment designs, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, copy, page layouts and the compilation of all of the foregoing, is owned by or licensed to PRIVATE REVOLUTION and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Designs Act, 2000.

You may view, download and print content from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Website, nor use our marks or designs on any product, packaging or promotional material, without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a Product grants you ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer any right in the design, artwork or trade marks embodied in it.

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, its database, or any account or data not belonging to you;
• interfere with the operation of the Website, including by introducing malicious code or by placing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• use any automated means to scrape, harvest, monitor or copy content, pricing or stock data from the Website;
• manipulate, intercept or alter any request between your browser and our servers, including any attempt to modify a price, discount, shipping charge or stock level;
• purchase Products for the purpose of commercial resale without our written authorisation.

Any of the above may result in cancellation of your Orders, denial of access to the Website, and referral to law enforcement, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Where you submit content to us, including through the contact form, newsletter sign-up or any review or feedback feature, you confirm that the content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe the rights of any third party or contain anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene or abusive.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our business. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion and without notice.

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate, secure and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected within a particular time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an Order, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, is limited to the total amount actually paid by you for that Order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill, opportunity or data, however arising.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from an event beyond our reasonable control. Such events include acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake, fire, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strike or industrial action, interruption of transport networks, failure of public or private telecommunications or power networks, and any act, restriction or order of a government or public authority.

Where such an event affects your Order materially, we will notify you and you may cancel the Order for a full refund of the amount paid.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRIVATE REVOLUTION, its partners and its employees against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

We may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force is the version published on this page, and the revision date is shown above. Amendments take effect when published and apply to Orders placed after that date. The Terms applicable to an Order are those in force when that Order was placed.

We encourage you to review this page before placing an Order. Continued use of the Website after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a consumer forum at the place where you reside or work, the courts at Rangareddy and Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before commencing any proceeding, we ask that you first raise the matter with our Grievance Officer, whose details appear at the foot of this page. Most disputes are resolved at that stage.

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder continues in full force.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it, and does not affect our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours to any successor to our business.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website and your Orders.
• Third parties. No person other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
